  • Automated Data: We collect IP addresses, login credentials, and session information (page response times, length of visits) to improve site performance.

2. How We Collect & Store Data

Your data is handled by two primary processors:

  • Wix: Hosts our website and stores customer portal credentials on secure servers behind a firewall.

  • Pipedrive: Processes all external inquiries and lead forms. Pipedrive is compliant with SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data submitted through these forms is stored in Pipedrive’s secure environment, not on our Wix platform.

3. Strict Prohibition of Sensitive Information (HIPAA/PHI)

PBOS Rx does not use this website or our Pipedrive forms to collect Protected Health Information (PHI) or any data governed by HIPAA. Users are strictly prohibited from submitting sensitive medical records, patient data, or health-related information through our web forms.

4. Use and Sharing of Data
